Karl ‘Dub’ Scatliffe resigns as President of BVI Taxi Association
This information was disclosed by a member of the Association and later confirmed by a letter posted on the bulletin board of the BVI Taxi Association.
According to the letter, Scatliffe’s resignation took immediate effect. It is news site’s understanding that the resignation was tendered sometime between the evening of Monday July 6 and Tuesday July 7, 2015.
Contacted by this newsroom, Mr Scatliffe declined to divulge his reason/s for resigning at the time but promised to afford this news site an in-depth interview with “his lawyers” as a number of allegations were levied against him by a caller to this news site.
Scatliffe also said his resignation comes just about one or two months ahead of the Association’s elections.
This news site has also learnt that other elected members have resigned since the last elections, including the Vice President and Secretary.

i really want to know why y'all trying to diss this man. All this man does try to do is help others and be a role model for the youths. A man really aint a king in his own country half of y'all don't even know whats going on but yet y'all have opinions #undercover u is a hater yo lol get a life. I'm glad he left that s..t hole.
