ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Jurors have been issued with a new directive from the High Court following the abrupt adjournment in the trial for the murder of Keri Harrigan today, October 17, 2012.

The notice issued by the High Court requests that ALL jurors for the October 2012 Criminal Assizes report for jury duty on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 9:0AM instead of what they were previously told.

The notice comes after the jurors in today's trial into the murder of Keri Harrigan were discharged for the second time this week following an issue that arose with one of the jurors.

Yan Edwards, Simmonds Jr are faced with the charge of conspiracy to murder Francis which occurred on March 13, 2011 at Nottingham Estate, while Edwards and Allen Baptiste are faced with the charge of murder in the death of Keri Harrigan, in the area of the Long Look on March 16, 2011. The trio have pleaded not guilty to all the charges brought before them.
