While all these Beliefs are false they still result in Blacks Patients receiving substandard Medical Care; often with serious delays and outright lack of necessary treatment so when I single handedly fought UK for a New Hospital it was simply to ensure our People receive the Medical Care they deserved and not for Politicians to False-Name it while not having it deliver the Care intended.

Unfortunately, willful delays, shenanigans and mismanagement on the way to this New Hospital have spawned excuses for the birth of NHI and a target for International News Media bent on linking Monies associated with this Project to Offshore Corruption… Over the past months this Confusion increased when NHI’s Creators and Puppetry used their Bully Pulpits to badger those inclined to help.

Instead of trying to rescue a bad situation, Politicians worsened it by overhyping imaginary virtues of the Scheme while blaming others for their shortcomings… Their recent mission appears focused on fooling the Public into believing the threat to NHI comes from Private Providers over-charging Patients when in fact this is merely a malicious and counterproductive Lie with zero credibility.

Of course you may have been fooled but a simple look at the NHI Process will reveal how well it uses ‘Co-pays and Disallowed Fees’ to protect itself from being overcharged by Private Providers… At the same time, they offer no such protection for Patients having to pay these Disallowed Fees should any Provider choose to exceed the Approved Amounts listed in their ‘NHI Fee Structure’.

I have no problem making sacrifices towards the survival of NHI but not to condone Liars:

This Political Desire to fool and mislead the Public appears to stem from a fear and realisation that NHI is unsustainable in its present form and they may desire to impose New and unpopular Conditions – However, to fully appreciate the Truth behind this deception you must first be aware that NHI’s Fee Schedule for Private Providers is arranged in Steps that are directly dictated by fixed Time Factors.

Under this arrangement Doctors are seemly required to activate Timers as soon as Patients enter their Exam Room and continue this throughout the Post Nursing Care, Tests Results Assessments and Follow-up Treatment – Anyone who visited a Doctor’s Office would realise this NHI Method of Assessment could easily run a Patient’s Total Accumulated Time to up to and over an Hour.

According to NHI’s Directives this would costs well over $300 per Patient… Again, I will not speak for others but NHI’s Records will show B&F’s Charges as being far below their implied Figures – Furthermore, not only have we never overcharged NHI or Patients but in some cases we provided easement by partly covering the Consultation Co-pays of ‘B&F Card Holders and Repeat Patients’.

On the other hand, what Politicians may not want you to know is, the only Providers capable of overcharging NHI and Patients are the BVIHSA and Hospital because they exempted them from the same accountability as Private Providers and automatically pay them … As a result, these Government Providers can have Hidden Charges so high that NHI is stretched beyond its Financial Capacity.

This is what would make the Scheme unsustainable but some of you would rather believe their fabrications and think we should go easy on the Scheme – I am going easy on the Scheme but the Struggle is real, the Battles are lonesome and the Decks are stacked against us, these Facts are necessary to understand that NHI’s failure can only be caused by Government’ Actions.

Have we lost our Spine & Stamina and moved from Freedom Fighters to Jellyfish?

As the Last Virgin Islander my Slave Genes do not permit me to play dead and even those who claim the Frett’s Bloodline is from Trinidad’s Slave Pool cannot dispute that the name Frett is the original Non-master name likely given to those Afro-BV-Islanders unwilling to be Slaves - Thus, it is near impossible to find the surname Frett in Trinidad’s Directory or a Frett who’s Roots are not VI’s.

For this I make no apologies and it is unfortunate that VIslanders have grown so docile that they encourage our invasion and suppression by Today’s Slave Masters and Pirates… Thus, although we cannot find one VIslander who agrees with Government retarding our Children by prolonging High School, the mouths of Parents remain silent as destruction of their Children becomes law.

Our laid-back mentality encourages victimisation from within and without so it’s no wonder that our once robust Economy and bulging Treasury have become as boneless as Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard and our Budget Revenues and Reserves wobble on Spider Legs that the UK and USA seem anxious to cut from under us as they see our own Leaders contributing to our demise.

Are we creating Situations for the Justification of our Invasion?

In fact, some past and present Members of UK’s Parliament appear to regard our Government with such low esteem that they are quick to use the Panama Leak Fiasco as excuse and opportunity to punish us - They have neither respect nor regard for our ‘Self Governing Status’ and openly express their desire to push us back into Colonialism just as they did to Turks and Caicos Islands.

Where they are concerned we are not only pushed us back from Overseas Territory Status and re-labeled us as British Dependencies but they also accuse us of taking Monies away their own NHS, (Health Services)… Their solution is for the UK to immediately impose ‘Direct Rule’ for while they can no longer send Gunboats and Missionaries, they can still take-over these Small Territories.

Maybe they are right because we are still busy placing more Financial Burdens on the Backs of the Poor and perfecting the timing for a UK Invasion as we invent another Holiday for the Queen’s last Visit at a time we are unable to pay our present Bills… Ironically, I am probably the last active Persons the Queen met on that Visit when I represented the BVI Secondary School as Head Boy.

Do we really need to be a Tax Haven?

Maybe the time has come to move on and instead of circling the Globe to invite Paper Companies we can be as anxious as the UK, USA and Others to shed the need and mantle of our so-called Tax Haven Status; All we need is for them to be equally anxious in taking up their Responsibility to us, the Descendants of African Slaves – Pay us the Wages + Interest’ they still owe our Ancestors.

NB: - This is no Hand-Out and should be easily understood by UK’s Prime Minister considering his Father’s offshore activities and neither should this be difficult since these same Nations practiced paying large Monies to Israel and South Africa even while they practiced Racism – Their Payment to us is long overdue and fully justified under the accepted International concept of Reparation.

Meanwhile, we would be unwise to downplay UK’s ability to carry out their Threats of Invasion especially since they are the ones - not VIslanders – who are in control of the Police Force… This may explain why Police Forces in Overseas Territories contain so many Foreign Nationals and Persons who had difficulty finding Employment – This effectively reduces their Loyalty to us.

Also, these Police Officers are Ordinary People forced to put themselves at risk without question for a System they may see as Corrupt and it would require great effort to heal this mentality and make these Officers less inclined to break Laws and victimise others… I am concerned but feel no zeal to join in condemnation of those Officers on trial - Let those without Sin cast the 1^st stone.
