“Today is a continuation of my efforts as your First District Representative to assist in preparing youth to be better persons and in preparing them in a better way for the future.”
He told the youth gathered at the opening ceremony that the future belongs to the prepared and hence the theme for the initiative “Preparing the Future for the Future,” he said.
“I urge each of you to take this training very seriously... attend all four of the sessions each Sunday with the first one being given today Sunday November 8, 2015,” said Honourable Fahie.
He told them that normally training such as the sessions that they will be a part of is very expensive. “So cherish this opportunity that you’re given and make the best use of it.”
Honourable Fahie said it is his desire that this training be expanded to include young people from all the districts so that the future of the VI can be assured.
