DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Lawmakers in the Virgin Islands will return to the House of Assembly (HoA) on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, for the Third Sitting of the Third Session of the Fourth House of Assembly.

The sitting will be held from 10:00am at the Save the Seed Energy Centre in Duff’s Bottom, Tortola, according to a press release from the Office of the House of Assembly on November 23, 2020.

Legislators last met on November 12, 2020, for the Budget Address by Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1), who announced a $402M budget for 2021 under the Appropriation Act, 2021.

The bill has been referred to a committee of all members called the ‘Standing Finance Committee, in accordance with established procedure.

The sitting on Wednesday will be carried live on CBN Radio 90.9 FM, CBN-Television Channel 101 on Flow TV and can also be followed on the HoA YouTube channel and online at www.cbnvirginislands.com.
