4 groups of 3. Each team played only 2 matches. e.g. Jamaica, St Lucia and DR was one group. maximum available was 6 points.

You can't NOT want to promote the sport fully and expect the BVI to be in the reckoning! The BVI was playing a put together team at greenlands and barely win. They should try beach soccer tho.

What you all expect T&T and Jamaica in group 3&4 with less team and disadvantaged ones giving them an opportunity to be in the finals. They are not up against the big guns such as Cuba and Haiti which they eventually may play with anyway

yes. it is intentional not to place the so-called big teams together. that is SOP for tournaments. tennis is the same way, it is seeded so that the #1 and #2 seed can only meet in the finals. that way you won't risk having a strong team and a weak one in the finals.
