Games continue throughout weekend in Hon Fraser B/ball League

DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- With no major weather threat looming, basketball fans can look forward to attending games in the Hon Julian Fraser Save the Seed National Basketball League throughout the weekend at the Save the Seed Energy Center in Duff’s Bottom, Tortola.

The League Committee, in a press release on August 29, 2019, said it was pleased to announce that “after receiving the ‘ALL Clear’ from The Governor following the passage of Tropical Storm Dorian all games for this weekend Friday August 30, 2019 to Sunday September 1, 2019 will be played as normal.”

Chairperson of the League Committee Mrs. Kharid T. Fraser stated “we continue to thank all fans, teams, coaches and Team owners for your continued support of the League.”

Cost per game nights is $5.00 adults and $3.00 for children under 12 years of age.

The 2019 Hon Julian Fraser Save the Seed League is sponsored by Hon Julian Fraser RA; Save the Seed Energy Center and National Bank of the Virgin Islands.
