Flash flood watch issued for VI
Synopsis: The Weather over the northern half of the Eastern Caribbean remains unstable due to a lingering trough over the area.
Today and Tonight: Cloudy to overcast with scattered showers, and a chance of isolated thunderstorms. Some of the showers could be moderate to heavy. With the already moist earth rapid water buildup in low lying areas is likely.
Winds: Northeast 10 - 15 kts with occasional gust.
Seas: Rough: Swells 6 - 8 FT or 1.8 - 2.5 M on the Atlantic side of the islands; 4 - 6 Ft or 1.2 - 1.8 M on the Caribbean sides. A small craft warning is in effect.
Barometric Pressure: Below normal
