People still think COVID-19 is a hoax despite deaths – Hon Malone
BAUGHER'S BAY, Tortola, VI - With close to 12,000 persons receiving at least their first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine in the Virgin Islands, the push is on to administer at least 5000 more; however, the challenge, according to the Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon Carvin Malone (AL), is that persons continue to think the pandemic is a hoax.

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI— Home Depot on St Croix, US Virgin Islands (USVI) received another bomb threat on Monday May 29, 2017, but like the other times that the facility had to evacuate employees in search of a bomb, the threat — Home Depot St Croix’s third in under two years — turned out to be another hoax, according to the [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD).
