Ashemba Frett pleads guilty to alien smuggling in USVI

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- Ashemba Frett, 22, of Tortola, [British] Virgin Islands, pleaded guilty yesterday, March 3, 2016 in District Court, US Virgin Islands to encouraging and inducing aliens to illegally enter the United States, United States Attorney Ronald W. Sharpe announced.
