UPDATE: Senhouse found not guilty of assaulting officers
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – While noting that no party appeared ‘snow white’ during the proceedings, Magistrate Dr. Velon John placed emphasis on the fact that the Crown did not bring enough evidence to prove its case of assault against Marlon Senhouse, 20, when he appeared before the court today, January 21, 2014.
UPDATE: September trial for man who allegedly assaulted Police
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The trial of 19-year-old Marlon Senhouse, the man accused of assaulting a Police Officer, has been postponed to September following an adjournment in the Magistrate’s Court today June 17, 2013.
