Gov Duncan spanks NDP; Uses reserved power to finance police!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- In a hurriedly arranged press briefing today March 16, 2017 by the United Kingdom appointed Governor John S. Duncan OBE, the public was informed that for the first time in the Virgin Islands’ modern political history a Governor has used his reserved powers under the 2007 Constitution of the Virgin Islands to interfere in domestic affairs.
