'Special cadre' of horse racing stalwarts honoured
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI- Described as a “special cadre of persons” by Premier Dr The Hon D. Orlando Smith, six persons who have been credited with contributing towards the development of horse racing in the Virgin Islands over the years were showered with praises and plaques at an elegant luncheon organised by the Virgin Islands Horse Owners Association at Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cows Bay on Sunday April 17, 2016.
