Fmr. 4th District Rep. “saddened” by lack of landscaping effort in RT
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Former Fourth District representative on the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) ticket, Dr. Vincent Scatliffe, has expressed disappointment that there seems to be a lack of effort towards landscaping in Road Town, a project he had started and placed much emphasis on while in office.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Yesterday July 19, 2012, in Road Town, a jeep slammed into a parked vehicle where a passenger was entering, causing the door to shut on the passengers’ legs which were allegedly broken.
