ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - On October 27, 2015 Dwight Brookes appeared before Senior Magistrate ‎Tamia N. Richards and was fortunate to have been given a non-custodial sentence. He instead has to pay a total of $2,000 for two charges that he pleaded guilty to.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Former police officer, Raphael Fahie, 45, was found guilty today, March 24, 2014 of assaulting police in 2012. He was also found guilty of common assault, indecent language, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct all allegedly committed on June 28, 2012.

68-year-old man fined & ordered to keep the peace

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A frail looking Oswin George, 68, was today, November 28, 2012 fined a total of $2500 for various offences committed on January 19, 2011. The resident of Major Bay was found guilty of common assault, being armed with an offensive weapon, resisting arrest and two counts of assault committed on police officers.
