UPDATE: Harrigan-Scott to miss World Indoors semi-finals for first time

BIRMINGHAM, Great Britain, UK- Virgin Islands’ sprint queen Tahesia G. Harrigan-Scott will not be featuring in the 60m semi-finals of the World Indoor Championships for the first time since she began consistently qualifying for the event in 2008.
