Premier Fahie is an 'anti-colonialist'- Dr the Hon Wheatley

Fahie (R1), who he pointed out has been bold in standing up for the people of the territory.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – With the Virgin Islands’ Emancipation Festival just concluded, a discussion on race and the history of African descendants dominated the Umoja radio forum last evening, August 15, 2013 and it was implied that descendants of Africans may be putting their nationality ahead of their race.
