UNESCO Act of 2009 to be updated said Governor McCleary

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - While delivering the speech from the throne, Governor of the Virgin Islands Mr. Boyd McCleary stated, that as a part of initiatives to be implemented or amended in the Virgin Islands, the existing United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Act of 2009 will be updated along with the introduction of a new legislation in relation to the erection of a National Library.
