No smelly festival - RT sewerage overflow diverted to ghut

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The occasional sewerage overall in Road Town on the James Walter Francis Drive will not affect revelers and patrons for the 2012 August festival as a precautionary measure has been taken with a diversion being made to the main ghut in the area.
