ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A man and woman were charged with procuring and administering a poisonous or noxious substance to a minor with the intent to produce a miscarriage.
Couple in abortion plot pleads guilty!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Akeem Richardson and Kandy James, a couple who tried to terminate the pregnancy of Mr. Richardson’s ex-girlfriend in 2010, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and administering a poison or other noxious thing with the intent to procure a miscarriage when they appeared in the High Court this morning, Tuesday October 18, 2011.
