ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - At Large candidate on the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) slate at the recent elections Zoe Walcott-McMillan has shunned from stating what may have prevented her from being elected despite seeming to be very popular among the masses especially the youths during her campaign but has said she would contest again as long as the people decides so and of course the Virgin Islands Party congress.
