Remembrance Day to be observed November 10, 2019
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The territory will honour and pay tribute to those who fought in World War I and other conflicts as well as those who served in various armed forces when it observes Remembrance Day on Sunday, November 10, 2019.
VI salutes war veterans & ex-service men & women
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – The annual Remembrance Day parade and ceremony that salute the territory’s war veterans and ex-servicemen and women were held yesterday, November 10, 2013 at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) in Paraquita Bay.
Remembrance Day to be celebrated on November 11
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Deputy Governor’s Office is informing the public that Remembrance Day will be celebrated on November 11 and the Poppy Appeal will begin on October 27, 2012 and conclude on Remembrance Day.
