ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A former officer of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) who was found guilty of Breach of Trust for tipping off individuals of a police raid to be executed back in 2013, will be appealing her case before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC).

Richards for leniency on the premise that he ‘had changed his life’ after being ‘young and stupid’ Glenville Callwood did not walk out the court room with just a fine to pay and/or some order to attend counselling or do community service. He was slapped with sentences amounting to two years and four months, prison time.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Stedroy Matthew appeared before Justice Albert Redhead in the High Court today, March 8, 2013 and was given an 18 month suspended sentence and fined $900 or two months imprisonment after pleading guilty to the charge of reckless driving.
