Raise age requirements for scooter riders - Sowande

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Social commentator and lecturer at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) Mr Natalio D. Wheatley aka Sowande Uhuru who is also the President of the newest VIrgin Islands Political Party, the People's Empowerment Party, has suggested that a ban on motorbikes may not be the way to go in seeking a solution to the many accidents around the Territory involving youths who handle the vehicles and suggested that a compromise be looked at.
