UPDATE: Driver fell asleep in Pockwood Pond accident- RVIPF
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The early morning accident that resulted in a vehicle ending up in the sea on April 1, 2013 at Pockwood Pond was allegedly due to the driver falling to sleep. This is according to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF).

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Dominican Republic (DR) national who was in police custody in connection with the tragic death of Maxwell Smith was discharged yesterday evening, January 9, 2012 pending further investigation, disclosed police spokeswoman, Diane Drayton.
