Dunston as the presiding judge of the territory’s Superior Court, US Virgin Islands (USVI) Governor Kenneth E. Mapp on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 filed a notice with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals — the Pennsylvania court being the house of justice that hears US Virgin Islands Third Circuit appeal cases — in an ongoing attempt to remove Dunston from his role.
