Public education on constitutional rights needed- Dr Richard E. Georges
BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI - President of the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC), Dr Richard E. Georges says for the Virgin Islands (VI) to decide on the way forward as a territory, a comprehensive public education campaign is needed to sensitise the public on their constitutional rights and civic duty.
