MIAMI, Florida, VI- Tammy has become a Category 1 Hurricane and is moving toward the west-northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h), and this general motion is expected to continue through this afternoon, October 20, 2023, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) has stated.
