BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI – “I will not allow the Speaker to silence me,” were the strong words of Opposition Leader Hon Marlon A. Penn (R8), in loud criticisms regarding treatment he received at the June 3, 2019 Fourth Sitting of the First Session of the Fourth House of Assembly, when he accused Speaker Hon Julian Willock of trying to silence the Opposition.
