HoA moves to SAP for unbudgeted transformative Gov't projects
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Virgin Islands House of Assembly (HoA), has moved to a Supplementary Appropriation Provision (SAP) to effect a number of projects not previously budgeted for, among which are subjects under the Deputy Premier and Minister for Financial Services, Labour and Trade, Honourable Lorna G. Smith (AL) OBE who shared that among a number of projects to be tackled is that of digital transformation.
