VICSA boasting improved reputation, increased membership - McMaster

VICSA election date not yet set
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The 2012 Election for the Virgin Islands Civil Service Association (VICSA) is yet to be announced and will be known until the General Council meets to dissolve the current executive.
