Alcedo Tyson granted $200K bail after nearly 10 years behind bars

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- When Judge Richard Floyd opted to grant murder accused Alcedo Tyson aka 'Cedo' bail in the sum of $200,000 with two sureties and conditions, there were a number of factors that were considered, namely, that he was behind bars for nearly 10 years already, that he was not considered a flight risk and the prolonged delay in the re-trail by the Crown.
