PETER ISLAND, VI - Months after William Thornton aka ‘Willy T’—a floating restaurant and bar—owned by Ms Heather L. Anderson, a belonger of the Virgin Islands, with her husband Ewan C. Anderson, who manage the business was forced from ‘The Bight,’ off Norman Island, they will have to move again.
