VI cyclists cleared for Int’l meets without prior secondary approval

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The British Virgin Islands’ Cycling Federation (BVICF), is now cleared to participate in cycling events in any discipline worldwide as an Independent body, without prior approval from a secondary body.
