Hon Vanterpool struggles to justify $40M overrun on Pier Project
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Minister for Communications and Works, Honourable Mark H. Vanterpool (R4), insists that the $85M spent on the Tortola Pier Park in the Capital City of Road Town, Tortola, represents a good investment and that the perceived overruns in the cost, is due to the inadequate designs originally pursued.
