Duncan Vindicated? Speedy arrest in Jerry’s murder result of more RVIPF resources
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Former Governor, John S. Duncan's decision, to take money from the coffers to allocate to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is being seen as vindicated, with Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr the Honourable D. Orlando Smith (AL), conceding that it was the additional resources that led to the quick breakthrough in the recent murder of 25-year-old, Jerry Castro-Felix.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Detectives of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) around 4:15 PM today, Saturday, August 25, 2018, confirmed that 27-year-old Sean Martin, of Johnson’s Ghut, Tortola, has been charged with the August 10, 2018, murder of Jerry Felix-Castro.
