RDA Boss $350k package not a Gov’t decision—Dr Pickering
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The $350,000 remuneration package for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of the Recovery and Development Agency (RDA), was negotiated with the successful candidate, New Zealand native, Mr Paul Bayly, by the entity’s Board of Directors and not the Virgin Islands (VI) Government.
