ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Our roving camera caught up with land being cleared in the area of the exit at the Tortola Pier Park (TPP) and was told by sources close to the work that it was ordered by Minister for Communications and Works, Hon Mark H. Vanterpool (R4) to be done for parking.
