Premier holds ‘productive’ meeting on VI-UK relationship & loan guarantee
LONDON, United Kingdom- Described as productive and positive, Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1) has met with Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Lord (Tariq M.) Ahmad of Wimbledon to discuss the Virgin Islands/United Kingdom relationship and the Loan Guarantee being offered by the United Kingdom (UK) for the rebuilding of the territory following the devastation by hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017.
