Curfew violators could face $1000 fine, 3 months in jail
DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI - During the Tenth Sitting of the Second Session of the Third House of Assembly (HoA) on Thursday October 5, 2017 at the Save the Seed Energy Center in Duff's Bottom, Tortola, the Curfew Act 2017 was passed in order to give the government power to impose a curfew without the governor declaring a State of Emergency.
