ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Appearing before the 2012 Standing Finance Committee (SFC), then Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) David Morris, a United Kingdom police officer in the Virgin Islands on contract, told members of the House select committee that police resources and man power were serious challenges to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF).
