USVI: Fake $$ being circulated @Crucian Christmas Festival Village

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI — The [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) is alerting the St Croix community and businesses of the importance of checking all currency being presented to them following several reports the department received of counterfeit money circulating at the Crucian Christmas Festival Village.
NBVI teller allegedly collected counterfeit notes for real ones
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Information reaching our newsroom is that a teller at the National Bank of the Virgin Islands (NBVI) allegedly collected a large sum of counterfeit notes in exchange for real money.
