Hon Walwyn defends poorly implemented 12th Grade Programme

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Minister for Education and Culture Hon Myron V. Walwyn (AL) stopped short of pulling out a trumpet and pelting some notes when he announced that an unpopular decision to implement the 12th Grade Programme in the public high school system by the Ministry that he heads is now being given serious consideration across the region.
