Governor seems ‘hell bent’ on running the country- Hon Fraser
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- While there are many persons who believe it was necessary for Governor John S. Duncan OBE to exercise his reserved powers and instruct the Accountant General to immediately fund the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) especially in the wake of back to back murders, not everyone is applauding the move, including former Leader of the Opposition Hon Julian Fraser RA (R3).
