VI boats victorious in USVI carnival boat race
CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- The keen rivalry in sports between the Virgin Islands and US Virgin Islands shifted from the horse racing track to the waters when the [US] Virgin Islands Carnival Committee Motor Sport was held on Sunday April 28, 2019 at Charlotte Amalie Harbour, St Thomas, US Virgin Islands.
