Mastermind behind cocaine trafficking gets 23 years in jail

KNIGHT’S BAY, St. Croix, USVI — District Court Judge Wilma A. Lewis, on November 13, 2018, sentenced Sergio Quinones-Davila, age 44, of Orlando, Florida, to 276 months (23 yrs) in prison for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, United States Attorney Gretchen C.F. Shappert announced today Wednesday, November 14, 2018.
USVI felon found with firearm sentenced to 50 months in prison

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI — Chief District Court Judge Wilma A. Lewis on Tuesday July 12, 2016 sentenced Misael Melendez, aka ‘Salao’, 50, to 50 months’ imprisonment and three years of supervised release for being a felon in possession of a firearm, United States Attorney Ronald W. Sharpe announced.
