BASSETERRE, St Kitts - Well-known Attorney in the Virgin Islands (VI), Mr Valston M. Graham, who served as Senior Crown Counsel working in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in the VI, before taking up the post of DPP in St Kitts and Nevis in 2016, has been accused of vehicular fraud in St Kitts.
Magistrates throws out charges against Police Sgt Marley Sebastien
