NDP holds general membership meeting; Turnout poor!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- After alerting its members of a General Membership Meeting almost two weeks ago, the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) held a meeting yesterday January 28, 2017 in Theater No 4 at UP's Cineplex in Road Town, Tortola. The meeting was scheduled to start at 6:30 P.M.
