Acquitted policeman seeking to have charges struck out from records

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Jamaica national Shawn Henry, the only policeman acquitted in the 2019 court matter where he and two others – Pamphill Prevost and Simon Power – were allegedly linked to missing money while they were executing search operations while on police duty between January 2012 to July 2014, is now seeking to have his record cleared in the judicial system.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – As the explosive details were disclosed during an almost three hour hearing in the Magistrate's Court yesterday April 5, 2016, a special UK Prosecutor Christopher Sallon QC told the court that the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) officers Pamphill Prevost, Simon Power and Shawn Henry could expect long jail sentences if convicted because of the gravity of the crimes they have been accused of.
