ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Arguing that ownership of land is part and parcel of the state and economic control of the economy of the Virgin Islands, Education Minister Hon Myron V. Walwyn said Virgin Islanders need to be vigilant that they do not lose ownership of their lands.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Leader of the Opposition and Representative for the Third District Honourable Julian Fraser RA said that he would not sit by and allow the Government to tamper with Property Taxes without there being a buy in from the general public as land ownership is in the DNA of the Virgin Islander and such a move would be retrogressive.
